RadioOnFire.com - Funk Flex is outspoken when it comes to hip-hop, especially with the ongoing battle between the newer generation of artists and the older generation. Now, it seems the DJ may be responding to someone in particular with his vicious words.
Funk Flex recently took to Twitter to air out his thoughts, saying “If [you’re] a rapper and the one lucky hit u got u didn’t write.. shut the f**k up.. u don’t count!” From there, the DJ posted a screenshot of the tweet to his Instagram, with the caption reading “Rappers with the least amount of talent always talk the most…”
There is speculation that Flex's tweet is in response to Cardi B after she recently posted a video on Instagram saying that folks in the older generation who front on mumble rap actually love it. Flex's tweet is also in reference to the number of writers credited on Cardi B's hit single "Bodak Yellow."
