RadioOnFire.com - According to TMZ, Chris Brown will be seeking legal action against his alleged rape accuser. Brown's Parisian lawyer Raphael Chiche told reporters, "Chris Brown is free. No lawsuits were filed against him. He vigorously challenges the charges against him. A complaint for slanderous denunciation will be filed tomorrow with the public prosecutor of Paris."
CB took to social media soon after being released from police custody vehemently denying the claims against him. He said the 24-year-old model set him up and that he was playing music in a room of some 20 people while the alleged attack took place. Brown was released with no conditions and free to leave France when he so chooses.
