RadioOnFire.com - Blac Chyna will be facing some legal troubles in the near future. Lorena “Patty” Hernandez, who worked at Blac Chyna's assistant, suffered a seizure at the celebrity's Lashed salon in January. She has been on life support ever since, and her family is planning on pulling the plug on Thursday (May 17).
According to Page Six, a source close to the situation claims that the family will be taking Chyna to court after pulling the plug. Patty was pronounced brain dead on Monday. "Remember when the news broke and she said she was helping [Hernandez] and she was helping the kids and everything? She never did,” the source told Page Six.
“I mean all she pretty much did was spread the word and reach out to her baby daddies, so she felt like, ‘That’s how I helped.'” Both Tyga and Rob Kardashian contributed to a Go Fund Me page that was created to take care of Patty's medical bills.
“[Chyna] has never ever been [to the hospital],” the source continued. “She was only there the first day when they found her at Lashed, but the only reason she came to the hospital was to tell the doctors and everyone not to give out any information to anybody. When I got there they didn’t even want to give me information because she gave them the order not to say anything. After that she never came back.” Patty's husband is reportedly suing for alleged abuse to his spouse, and the fact that Chyna never provided his injured wife with worker’s compensation.
