RadioOnFire.com - Kanye West has drawn inspiration from a lot of sources not only throughout his professional designing career but, his music as well. Through time, Kanye's been able to reinvent himself every time he decides to drop a major project which happen to be littered with different influences that can be traced back to particular references.
Now, Ye has found inspiration in the classic outdoor apparel company in Columbia Gear which is nearly a century old for his latest adidas YEEZY Boost 700 colorway. A la the 'Semi Frozen Yellow' adidas Yeezy BOOST 350 that dropped not to long ago, the adidas YEEZY Wave Runner 700 is also getting a similar color blocking treatment.
The silhouette itself remains intact dressed in complex breathable mesh and suede paneling complete with 3M reflective detailing found throughout the popularized 'dad sneaker'. Luckily, some balance is provided in the sneaker's chunky white midsole and gum bottom outsole which just so happen to close out Kanye's latest sneaker endeavor.
For now, Kanye's providing us with a look into the future of the Kanye West x adidas collaborative relationship with all of these image leaks so, there's no set release date for this particular rendering of the kicks at this moment.
