1 Hurt After Explosion At Home In Southwestern Baltimore Co.

RadioOnFire.com - Baltimore County fire officials say crews are on the scene of what may have been an explosion at a single-family home in Baltimore Highlands. One person is reported injured, a spokeswoman said.

The call came in at 2:32 p.m. from the 2800 block of Virginia Avenue. Crews remain on the scene. The victim, who was seriously injured, was flown to Shock Trauma. A brick basement was blown away by the explosion, SkyTeam 11 Capt. Roy Taylor said.
