RadioOnFire.com - According to a report, an ex-Baylor University student and fraternity president named Jacob Anderson was accused of rape and pleaded no-contest to third-degree unlawful restraint, which is a felony. Because of that, he received deferred probation.
Anderson will not receive any jail time, and the deal also requires him to register as a sex offender. Prosecutors dismissed four counts of sexual assault against the former Baylor student as well. Along with that, Anderson will have to get counseling and pay a $400 fine, which he agreed to.
According to the Waco Tribune-Herald, deferred probation cases typically have no final judgment of guilt if the defendant successfully completes their probation.
