Sprint and T-Mobile Merge In $26 Billion Deal


RadioOnFire.com - In a new report, Sprint and T-Mobile agreed to merge in a $26.5 billion deal, which will make them a major competitor to AT&T and Verizon.

John Legere, the new CEO of the newly-merged companies said: “This combination will create a fierce competitor with the network scale to deliver more for consumers and businesses in the form of lower prices, more innovation, and a second-to-none network experience.”




According to Bloomberg, the company will be operating as T-Mobile and will rake in an annual revenue of almost $74 billion. Along with that, they are projected to have 70 million wireless subscribers.
