Female Trump Supporter Arrested for Voting Twice

RadioOnFire.com - The presidential voting process has begun in some states, with many states anticipating a large turnout for the number of voters. However, some voters were eager to make sure their selection for president goes through, especially one woman in Iowa who was arrested on suspicion of voting twice. 55-year-old Terri Rote was arrested and booked this past Thursday for first-degree election misconduct. According to police reports, the woman cast two ballots: one at a county satellite voting location, and another through an early voting ballot.

When asked for a statement by The Washington Post, Rote said it was a "spur-of-the-moment thing. I don't what came over me." Rote posted $5,000 bail on Friday and has a scheduled hearing for November 7. Under Iowa state law, first-degree election misconduct is a Class D felony.
