The first Lindsay Clancy murder trial has ended in a mistrial after jurors failed to unanimously decide whether she was criminally responsible for killing her three children.
Diamond K examines the reported 11–1 jury division, the disagreement over postpartum psychosis, the defense’s planned Rule 25 motion and the possibility that prosecutors will take the case to trial again.
Clancy remains charged, and the next major court hearing is scheduled for September 29.
