Several Firefighters Hurt Battling Baltimore Fire


RadioOnFire.com - Baltimore City fire officials said six firefighters were injured Wednesday morning in an east Baltimore townhome fire.

Officials said they were called at 8:10 a.m. for the 2-alarm fire in the 400 block of N. Glover Street. Five firefighters sustained burns and one firefighter sustained second-degree burns, officials said. All injuries are considered non-life-threatening.



Mayor Catherine Pugh said the injured firefighters may have been taken to Hopkins Bayview for treatment.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
