Schools closing early as snow falls in Maryland Friday morning

RadioOnFire.com - A winter weather advisory is in effect until 3 p.m. for much of central Maryland. WBAL-TV 11 Weather meteorologist Taylor Grenda said there will be light snowfall through the afternoon, and there will be a trace to 2 inches of accumulation.
Snowfall is coating roadways Friday morning, prompting many school systems to close early.

Surfaces will remain frozen through Saturday morning, and temperatures will start to climb next week -- even into the 60s!
