RadioOnFire.com - The CDC is warning consumers about Kellogg's Honey Smacks (now recalled). A salmonella outbreak has been linked to the popular cereal. Reportedly, 100 people in 33 states have been infected. "Do not eat this cereal", the Center of Disease Control posted on Twitter.
The CDC suggested that the cereal should be thrown out (regardless of the expiration date). Another option for consumers is to return the cereal for a refund. The side effects of salmonella include diarrhea, fever, and abdominal cramps.
