RadioOnFire.com - On Tuesday night the Houston Rockets snapped the Golden State Warriors' playoff home winning streak when they came back to tie the playoff series at 2-2. The Rockets uprooted the Warriors 95-92 in one of the most entertaining playoff games in recent memory. James Harden logged 30 points, while Chris Paul added 27 points to propel their team to the win in the Bay. The rest of the team played poorly, with only Eric Gordon scoring in the double digits with 14 points.
For Golden State, Kevin Durant and Steph Curry recorded 27 and 28 points, respectively. Klay Thompson and Draymond Green lacked any real offensive aggression, scoring 10 and 11 points, respectively. Green did log 8 assists and 13 rebounds though, earning him a double-double. Durant also earned himself a double-double, grabbing 12 rebounds.
"We know how hard it is to come back from 3-1," Paul told reporters after the game. "When it's winning time, you have got to suck it up. We knew we needed one here and we got it." Speaking about the recent school shooting near Houston, where 10 people were killed, Paul stated, "Hopefully basketball can be a way for people to ease their minds, if only for a moment." Game 5 will take place in Houston on Thursday.
