RadioOnFire.com - A Light Rail train fatally struck a man Thursday morning in downtown Baltimore, city police said.
Police said they received an emergency call around 8:30 a.m., and officers were called to North Howard and West Lexington streets.
Police said the man died at the scene.
Light Rail service between North Avenue and Camden Yards is temporarily suspended. Shuttle bus service is in place to serve travelers between the stations.
No further information was immediately released.
