RadioOnFire.com - In her interview with Deborah Roberts on ABC Nightline on Thursday night, December 14, Omarosa Manigault Newman defended President Trump against accusations of him being racist.
“Donald Trump is racial, but he is not a racist. The things that he says, the types of pushback that he gives, involve people of color. These are racial exchanges. Yes, I will acknowledge many of the exchanges - particularly in the last six months - have been racially charged. Do we then just stop and label him as a racist? No,” she told Roberts.
Omarosa's defense of the President may be typical of stances she's taken in favor of his character in the past, but it contradicts some of the statements she made about her experience in the White House while chatting with Michael Strahan on Good Morning America only hours prior.

The former "Apprentice" contestant told Strahan she can recount seeing things that made her "feel uncomfortable" and that "affected my community and my people."
When asked by Roberts whether Trump's mischaracterization of the violent events in Charlottesville, VA over the summer troubled her at all, she replied, "Absolutely."
Judging by several of the remarks that Omarosa has made since it was announced that she would be leaving the communications director in the Public Liaison's Office, it seems that she may have intentions of sharing her year in the President's cabinet via a tell-all book. The picture she will paint of her long-time boss remains to be seen.
