RadioOnFire.com - The Baltimore Ravens have not scored a lot of points this season, and on Sunday in Green Bay, they didn't need to.
Once again carrying the load, the Baltimore defense set the tone, making an inexperienced Green Bay offense look the part, forcing five turnovers in a 23-0 win.
The Ravens (5-5), were out-gained by the Packers on offense (259, 220), but easily won the turnover battle and racked up six sacks on the way.
The shutout performance was the third of the year for the Ravens defense, who are now the only team since 2003 to force three shutouts in a single season. The only team post-merger to shut out four opponents in a single season was the 2000 Ravens.
"When you got [a shutout] going, it's like a no-hitter...you want to keep it," linebacker Terrell Suggs said. "This is the Ravens, this team was built upon defense...as long as we're winning we can enjoy these."
