RadioOnFire.com - Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor are still trying to put out the flames from their final press conference where both men crossed the lines in terms of trash talking. During an interview, McGregor addressed allegations that he is a racist after previously calling Mayweather “boy” and “monkey” in their July press conference. The MMA fighter said, “He knows there’s no racism from me. His father knows. Ellerbe knows. Ask these people.” McGregor also said, “I never once in my life labeled him or any African American a monkey and it f*cking annoys me that he’s even bringing it this type of stuff up. If I was to label him after any animal it would the rat or the weasel. Because that’s a rat and a weasel move, trying to manipulate someone’s words and trying to create something that’s not even there.”
From there, McGregor held no punches when commenting on Mayweather’s past issues. Continuing on with his statement, the fighter said, “And that’s such a sensitive subject. I mean he’s a man that beats his wife in front of his kid. He is the dirt of the dirt.” Watch the interview above.
