RadioOnFire.com - Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake continues to talk about the findings of a a 14-month investigation done by the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division on the Baltimore City Police Department.
The report found that officers make a large number of stops - mostly in poor, black neighborhoods - with dubious justification and unlawfully arrest citizens when officers "did not like what those individuals said."
Rawlings-Blake was interviewed on WBAL News Now with Bryan Nehman the day after the report was released and says that the issues presented in the report are complicated to fix.
