(Show Biz Daily: Hosted by Diamond K) Montia Sabbag, sued Hart for $60 million, saying that Hart and his friend plotted on videotaping them having sex. The woman also said Hart was allegedly motivated to get publicity from the tape since he had an upcoming comedy tour.
According to reports, a federal court found the lawsuit was brought in to the wrong venue, and the case was dismissed without prejudice.
