Judge Denies C-Murder's Request For Retrial

RadioOnFire.com - Despite recent developments where two witnesses recanted their testimony, a judge has ruled that Corey Miller aka C-Murder will not be granted a retrial. According to a recent report, Judge Steven Enright suggested that not only did Miller's defense team fail to present a decent case, but that the recent change of heart by the witnesses is "highly suspicious" and are "tantamount to perjury."

Miller has been serving a life-sentence at Lousiana State Penitentiary, for a second-degree murder conviction where the credibility of witnesses has long been questioned. In recent years the witnesses have claimed that they were pressured by law enforcement to testify against Miller, who to this day maintains his innocence.
