NeNe Leakes says ‘Game Ain’t Fair’ After Kylie Jenner’s Forbes Cover

RadioOnFire.com - It seems not everyone is on board with Kylie Jenner’s new status as a “self-made” billionaire. On Wednesday, the 20-year-old Kylie Cosmetics owner graced the cover of Forbes’ annual “America’s Women Billionaires” issue to much controversy.

NeNe Leakes, who’s been a fixture on reality TV since 2008, chimed in on her former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” producer’s Instagram in which he captioned the cover, “Being on a reality show isn’t so bad, eh? Use your platform correctly, folks!”

Leakes, 50, shared her opinion, adding, “Well some people get opportunities that others will never get! Just saying! This game ain’t fair.”

Leakes has seemingly done well for herself, expanding her brand and persona to other areas of television and acting. She’s also opened an online boutique.

Leakes’ rep declined to provide further comment.

Since Jenner made waves, the internet has been buzzing over the definition of “self-made.”

Some outlets reported that Dictionary.com intentionally shaded the young star by tweeting out the definition of the term with the cover the magazine. “Self-made means having succeeded in life unaided,” it read.

While that is certainly true, many across the internet, like Leakes, believe Jenner’s success didn’t come solely from her own entrepreneurial skills.
