It was clear in a video obtained by TMZ that Lopez was using a water bottle between his legs to "pee" on the star, which has angered people across the country.
According to TMZ, people as far away as Virginia have called the LAPD to have Lopez arrested for what they are calling a "sick, deplorable, offensive and disrespectful" act. One person calling in a complaint claimed that Lopez exposed himself, but he never unzipped his pants in the prank.
Police are maintaining that Lopez's prank wasn't against the law.
