RadioOnFire.com - Baltimore City police are on the scene at the corner of Union Avenue and Buena Vista Avenue in the Hampden neighborhood.
WBAL NewsRadio 1090's Scott Wykoff reports that one person was shot multiple times at the Buena Vista Apartments building.
Police have taken five people into custody. There is no word on the condition of the victim.
Police are still investigating.
