RadioOnFire.com - Baltimore County Police are investigating a shooting in Owings Mills at the Foundry Row shopping center near the HomeGoods store.
Officials said they responded to reports of a shooting in around 4 p.m. in the 10000 block of Reisterstown Road. Police said when they arrived, the victim and shooter had left the area.
They later found the victim at an area hospital, where the adult male is listed in good condition after suffering gunshot wounds to the upper body.
Police say they believe the victim was targeted and that there is no threat to the public.
