Kanye Says Nothing Changed in Chicago in the 8 Years Obama Was in Office

RadioOnFire.com - Kanye West continues to ignite a storm on Twitter. After disappearing from the media for what seemed like years, West hopped back on the social media platform to engage with his audience. West is known for ranting on stage at his shows, and his Twitter page has become one giant rant. It's as if he's making up for lost time, and now his page is full of tweets that have sparked controversy and earned him both praise and criticism.

While West has praised Donald Trump on Twitter, writing "You don't have to agree with trump but the mob can't make me not love him. We are both dragon energy. He is my brother." After supporting Trump, West also took shots at Barack Obama.

"Obama was in office for eight years and nothing in Chicago changed," tweeted West. He continued on to state, "Claudio will be awesome when me and Chance build new homes in Chicago." Chance the Rapper also hopped on Twitter to defend Kanye's latest rant.

"Talked to him two days ago," wrote Chance after radio personality Ebro asked him whether or not the "Summer Friends" rapper had been in contact with West since his Twitter rants began. "He’s in a great space and not affected by folk tryna question his mental or physical health. Same Ye from the Vmas, same Ye from the telethon."
