The Austin bomber has been identified as 24-year-old Mark Anthony Conditt.

News has broken that the suspected Austin, Texas bomber is dead after a confrontation with police. The Austin Police Department tweeted that they were responding to an officer-involved shooting but didn't disclose whether it dealt directly with the suspected bomber.
