Suge Knight's 15th Lawyer Quits, Trial Gets Pushed Back

RadioOnFire.com - A little over a week after two of Suge Knight's attorneys plead not guilty to witness tampering charges for allegedly paying people off in exchange for testimonies in his favor, yet another one of the defamed music mogul lost another one of his reps this week.

On Friday, March 23, a judge by the name of Ronald S. Coen cited a conflict of interest before releasing defense lawyer Dominique Banos from his duties in defense of Knight. As a result, Knight's trial - for an alleged murder of a well respected Cali music rep (Terry Carter), and the attempted murder of a long-time Bloods rival (Cle Bone Sloan) during the filming of "Straight Outta Compton" in 2015 - has been postponed.

In replacement of Banos, attorney Robert DeBlanc will fill in to defend Knight. DeBlanc will be the ex-Death Row Records honcho's 16th lawyer on the case. He will be taking on a highly controversial case that has resulted in multiple lapses in Knight's health as he fights against the charges waged against him from behind the confines of prison.

In addition to the story of his lawyer being out of the door, it is reported that his tentative April 9 trial date has been moved back to May.
