Shaquille O'Neal Releases B-Day Balloons Carrying $500 in the Air

Kobe Bryant, Paul Pierce, Shawn Marion, Tim Duncan, and Kevin Garnett are just a few names that left the NBA behind to continue their careers as sportscasters, investors, or just stay at home dads. One legend, Shaquille O'Neal, celebrated his 46th birthday on March 6th.

To celebrate his special day, the four-time NBA champion wanted to share some of his wealth with the world. In a social media post, Shaq stands on the sidewalk while holding a handful of balloons. "Hi, I'm Shaq O'Neal, it's my birthday, and I'ma do something special for somebody," the former Lakers' center begins. In the video, money can be easily viewed hanging from the strings of the balloons.

Realistically, the money will probably be lost forever, but the thought of someone getting blessed with $500 is good birthday energy.
