RadioOnFire.com - Havre de Grace police say they've arrested a man for allegedly kidnapping his girlfriend's daughter.
Police said Sunday night that Addileah Hawley was with John Hawley, who had an active warrant for kidnapping. He was located and taken into custody late Monday morning on that warrant. Police said Addileah appeared to be unharmed.
Though they share a last name, police said the man was not the child's father.
