Driver Shoots and Kills Gunman in Self Defense in Chicago

RadioOnFire.com - Chicago police have released footage taken from a BP gas station's surveillance camera, that captures a shootout that left one man dead in the city's Elmwood Park section, one month ago.
The video, recorded just before 5 p.m. on April 8, shows a 43-year-old Ronald Morales as he runs up to the car of a driver who had just finished pumping gas. Morales was said to have just exited the gas station convenience store when he spotted the car's driver, whose association with Morales is unclear. Reports detail Morales having gone over to his own vehicle to place his purchases away and to retrieve a gun. He'd then hustle up to the passenger's side of his target's ride, with the firearm hidden behind his hip, but the driver took notice and grabbed his own weapon.
The two men are seen exchanging shots before Morales runs off. He is reported to have sustained multiple shots and later died of his wounds. Authorities have ruled that the shooting was in self-defense.
