Maryland Early Voting Started Today

RadioOnFire.com - Can't make it to the polls on Election Day? Never asked for an absentee ballot? Or do you just want to get voting out of the way?
Maryland's early voting polling places open Thursday and are open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. through next Thursday.
Every Maryland jurisdiction has at least one early voting location--Baltimore City has six, Baltimore County has nine and Anne Arundel County has five. You don't have to go to the early voting location nearest to you. It just has to be a location in the county where you live.
If you're not registered to vote or need to update your registration to reflect a change of address, you can do so at the early voting polling place. You cannot do so on Election Day. Also, if you vote early, you can't also vote by absentee ballot or on Election Day.
You can check your registration status and view your sample ballot on the Maryland State Board of Elections website.
