Police Seek To Identify Girl Found In Baltimore County


RadioOnFire.com - The Baltimore County Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a juvenile found in the 3900 block of Hollins Ferry Road 21227 just before 10:30 p.m. last night.
The juvenile is an African American female approximately three-years-old and medium skinned. She is wearing a long sleeve shirt with a pink design on front, a jean skirt with white "leggings" underneath, and blue flip-flops. Her hair was braided with blue, white and red berets shaped in a flower design.
Police believe her name might be "Jacia" or nickname might be "Sissy".
The girl is now in the custody of Baltimore County Social Services.
