Baltimore police are investigating a homicide Thursday night.
A Central District patrol officer was in the area of Eutaw and McMechen streets in west Baltimore just before 7 p.m. when he heard several gunshots.
Following a search, police found a 34-year-old man the 1600 block of Eutaw Street, near Eutaw-Marshburn Elementary School, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim was pronounced dead on the scene by medics.
Detectives do not have a suspect or motive at this time.
