A man was arrested while protesters marched in the street to Baltimore’s Inner Harbor area, where they blocked a main road briefly.
The man, identified in social media as Kwame Rose, was arrested after he attempted to block traffic.
Baltimore City Police Commissioner Kevin Davis told The C4 Show the young man kicked a police officer in the face while he was being arrested.
The Commissioner also said they're not going to tolerate protesters breaking the law and disrupting traffic.
