Construction Worker Killed In I-95 Crash

RadioOnFire.com - Maryland State Police report that a construction worker was struck and killed in a crash involving a tractor trailer in a work zone on I-95 in Prince George's County overnight.
State Troopers at the College Park Barrack report that the crash happened on I-95 northbound at MD 200, the InterCounty Connector after 1:30 a.m. on Thursday.
Investigators say that a tractor trailer ran into the work zone and crashed into two other vehicles. One of those vehicles then ran into and killed the worker.
The worker has been identified as 62-year-old Randy Jury of Halifax, Pennsylvania.
He was pronounced dead at Laurel Regional Medical Center.
Several lanes of I-95 northbound were closed well into the morning rush hour at the scene of the wreck while the investigation and clean up was underway.
