Donald Trump Says Women Who Get Abortions Should Face Punishment

Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump said Wednesday that there “has to be some form of punishment” for abortion if it were banned in the U.S. — as he says it should be — and that punishment should fall on the woman.
Trump, who is currently struggling with women voters, was pressed on the issue of abortion during an interview with MSNBC’s Chris Matthews, set to air Wednesday evening.

Matthews asked whether abortion should be punished, and Trump initially skated around the issue. He said some Republicans would say it should be, and that he “would say it’s a very serious problem and it’s a problem we have to decide on.
He then asked Matthews — but didn’t answer himself — “Are you going to, say, put them to jail?” and added he was anti-abortion and that “you have to ban” abortion.
There has to be some form of punishment,” Trump said, adding “Yeah” when Matthews asked if he meant for the woman. The host asked if that punishment would be closer to 10 days or 10 years, and Trump said he didn’t know.
Trump indicated he would be far more lenient on the man who impregnated a woman who had an abortion — he said he did not think they would bear the same level of responsibility.

Reisterstown Man At Brussels Airport Traumatized, But OK

RadioOnFire.com - There were a number of Americans inside the terminal at the Belgium airport who were injured and traumatized by the recent bombing, including a Reisterstown man.
"When the bomb went off, it just went black," witness Brian Stanley said.
Stanley's first trip to Europe ended in the most tragic of ways. As a martial arts instructor, he had spent four days before the Brussels terror attacks teaching self-defense techniques to police officers.
He and one of his fellow students were supposed to fly home Monday, but got bumped to Tuesday for a luggage issue. It was when the two were waiting in line to check in when the first blast went off.
"Over my left shoulder when he looked up this way was when the first bomb went off, that moment keeps playing over and over in my mind," Stanley said.
Stanley managed to capture photos and video and said the next few moments were absolute chaos.
"I'm panning left to right and I'm seeing a female with blood over her face. There were several people on the ground. One gentleman was missing part of his leg," Stanley said.
Stanley and his student were able to make their way outside still shell shocked. He remembers making a phone call.
"I immediately called my family and said, 'I'm going to keep this conversation short. I'm alive. We're OK. I'll call you back when I can,'" Stanley said.
The two men were able to meet up with law enforcement who took them to shelter.
Over the next day or so, they were able to make reservations to leave out of Amsterdam and get back to the states.
Stanley said something an officer told him before he left keeps playing in his mind.
"One of the anti-terrorism officers, she said to me, 'Brian, this is why you see how we live. We don't know what's going to happen tomorrow, so we love life and we live it,'" Stanley said.
Despite living through this tragedy, Stanley said he's going to continue living his life and will not be deterred. He's even looking forward to another trip to Europe.

VIDEO: Suspect Arrested After Anne Arundel County Police Pursuit

RadioOnFire.com - A police pursuit leads to an arrest in Anne Arundel County.
Anne Arundel County police tried to stop a black Chevy Cobalt near Millersville Road and Waterbury Road in Millersville around 12:15 pm., but they said the driver would not stop.
Police said they did not initiate a pursuit because it is against their policy to chase vehicles for traffic violations, so the police units involved turned off their emergency equipment. A description of the suspect's vehicle was broadcast to other police units, including Maryland State Police, who were in the area, police said.
Anne Arundel County police said a Maryland state trooper on traffic duty spotted the vehicle after hearing the broadcast near I-97 and began a pursuit, since MSP are allowed to pursue vehicles for any reason on interstates.
Police said the vehicle tried to go around a trooper’s vehicle and ended up striking the trooper's vehicle near Crain Highway and Quarterfield Road in Glen Burnie.
Anne Arundel County police rejoined the pursuit, along with Maryland State Police.
The vehicle drove to Aquahart Road and Oakwood Road in Glen Burnie, where it stopped.
County police and troopers tackled and punched the suspect when he jumped out of the car and the arrest was caught on video.
Police say they found crack cocaine in the car being driven by 34-year-old Antron Bulow and charges are pending.
Police are reviewing the video.

Nate Diaz & Conor McGregor Reportedly Agree To Rematch At UFC 200.

RadioOnFire.com - UFC President Dana White has not officially announced it yet, but various media outlets are reporting that Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor have verbally agreed to a rematch at UFC 200 on July 9, 2016, at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

The two originally fought on March 5, 2016 at UFC 196. Diaz won by submitting Mystic Mac via a rear naked choke in the 2nd round.
Like their first meeting, which White says had 1.5 million pay-per-view buysand produced an $8.1 million gate at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, this one will be a non-title fight held in the 170 pound welterweight division.

McGregor has yet to defend the 145 pound featherweight belt he won by knocking outJose Aldo in 13-seconds on December 12, 2015 at UFC 194. It will be interesting to see if The Notorious One will vacate the belt giving the two top contenders, Frankie Edgar and Aldo, a chance to fight a rematch for the championship.
Aldo previously defeated Edgar by unanimous decision in a February 2, 2013 title fight at UFC 156. Prior to his loss to McGregor, Aldo had been the featherweight champion for five consecutive years.

Jose Aldo
The latest UFC 200 card includes:
  • Conor McGregor vs. Nate Diaz – non-title welterweight bout
  • Travis Browne vs. Cain Velasquez
  • Derek Brunson vs. Gegard Mousasi
New UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion Meisha Tate has expressed an interest in fighting on the card rather than wait on the sidelines until the end of the year to defend her belt against Ronda Rousey.
A Tate vs Cris Cyborg bout would be interesting. Cyborg currently fights for UFC-owned Invicta FC. There are reportedly talks under way to bring her over.
